Terms of Service — summary

By placing an order with Accesslaunchwave you agree to our terms which cover: quotes and confirmations, menu availability, dietary requirements, delivery and setup, payment terms, cancellation, and liability limits. Detailed terms are available on written confirmation or by request.

Quotes valid for stated period; menu substitutions may occur due to supply issues.
Deposit and full payment terms appear on quotes/invoices.
We require accurate attendee and dietary counts ahead of events.

Australian Consumer Law & Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumers have guarantees in relation to services: due care and skill, fitness for purpose, and reasonable time for supply. Below we outline how refunds, remedies and cancellations are handled.

We will provide services with due care and skill. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, re-supply, or refund depending on the nature of the problem. This is subject to applicable ACL guidance.

Cancellation terms vary by booking. Where a cancellation causes unavoidable cost (ingredients, staff), the client may be charged a cancellation fee. Refunds where provided are processed promptly; in some cases a credit may be offered instead. Your ACL rights remain unaffected.

Subject to ACL, Accesslaunchwave's liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying the services or refund of fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except as required by law.

Food Safety, Hygiene & Allergens

We operate to strict food safety standards and work with accredited suppliers. Our kitchens follow safe food handling and temperature controls. For events we supply staff trained in hygiene and allergen management.

Allergen and dietary claims (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free) are made in good faith but cross-contamination risk exists in shared environments. Please notify us of serious allergies in writing at least 7 days before the event.

Privacy, Data Access & Legal Requests

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Privacy page). For data access, correction, deletion requests, or to make a privacy complaint, use the form below. We will respond within a reasonable period, typically 30 days, or as required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and related Australian guidance.
